Please find sample menus below, however Jody prefers to offer a bespoke service to every individual taking personal taste and seasonality into account.
The service always includes shopping and delivery of quality produce, staff where required, equipment sourcing if needed and everything left as found - and anything else you can think of.

Jody has also worked with luxury chalet company Purple Ski in Méribel (Les Trois Vallées, French Alps). This experience and exposure to winter sports was hugely enjoyable and has opened his eyes to similar placements or customer needs in the future.

We can also provide a wine list, one to one wine pairing to suit your bespoke menu, sommelier service and delivery of wine.
