whilst working on some of London's largest and most prestigious events,
in some of the cities most iconic venues and looking forward to on-going training and internships with 
some of the capitals best chefs, suppliers and retailers.....

 

 

.....sharing knowledge and positive experiences, spreading the word amongst and on behalf of
passionate individuals in all aspects of cookery, fine wines, suppliers, producers, restaurants, pop-ups and gastronomic partisans alike.

 

 

This is perhaps the most exciting career move this chef has made to date. One that without the culmination of previous experience would not have been possible or remotely responsible...until now
