Jody has more than 8 years continuous experience in the conference and events industry. Joining HG Wells Conference and Events Centre in 2006, in the role of Executive Chef, he catered for a variety of high profile clients, product launches and civic events.
Going freelance in 2009, whilst continuing to work with HG Wells, Jody went on to work in some of London’s most iconic and prestigious venues with the capitals most reputable caterers.
With experience in events ranging from 30-2000, running production sections with large brigades (15000 covers plus weekly), leading service on sit down dinners of 2000 and working in all aspects of preparation, service, staffing and ordering...Jody Sinclair is a valuable asset to any operation.
